Born in Allentown, Keisha attended Egg Harbor Township High School, where she graduated in 2008, her obituary says.
She also studied at Cumberland County College and lived in Vineland at the time of her death, her social media page says.
Keisha worked at Harbor Freight Tools for more than a decade and became a mother to two loving children of her own — Key'Naydalynn, 13, and Adrieanna, 7, according to her memorial.
The beloved mother was remembered as kind, caring, and endlessly generous. She was an excellent provider for her children, as well as her five dogs, Scrappy, Charlie, Fluffy, Luna, and Flex, who were her “loving treasure.”
“Keisha was a phenomenal mother [who] always put her daughters first and did her best to give them all she could,” reads her obituary. “She was always there for her family and friends when needed.”
Meanwhile, more than $6,600 had been raised on GoFundMe as of Tuesday, April 26 for Keisha’s funeral expenses.
“Anyone who knows Keisha knows she is an amazing person, niece, aunt, cousin, granddaughter, friend, coworker, mother, sister, and an amazing daughter,” reads the fundraiser, launched by Keisha’s mother, Zoraida Fernandez.
“We ask that you please help us anyway to can to help us send Keisha to be at peace the way she wanted to go.”
In addition to her mother and children, Keisha is survived by her loving fiancé, Luis Baez; sister, Carla Diaz; grandfather, Pedro Fernandez; as well as numerous extended family members and close friends, several of whom shared touching tributes on social media:
